Steelsmith provides a complete spectrum of architectural services that streamline the construction process, and keeps the overall costs lower by combining the architectural services with the engineered metal building company. This combined service provides Steelsmith the opportunity to collaborate with our architects providing a cost-effective solution for our customers.

Unlike most architectural firms, our Steelsmith engineers and architects do not work on the usual percentage-of-the-total-project-cost scenario. We provide a firm price for our architectural services. Our engineers and architects then collaborate to develop a cost-effective design that not only adheres to all local code requirements, but also fulfills the vision of the end-user, our customer.

Our architectural services include all of the due diligence and required correspondence and permit submissions with local building code officials and inspectors.
