Our project managers often speak to the flexibilty building with steel allows, and this project proves that dialogue to be true. Nestled in Seneca, Pennsylvania, Steelsmith Inc. designed, delivered and installed a 68 ft x 71 ft x 15 ft single slope pre-engineered steel building that was to be converted into a church facility.
This steel building Church features a 1/2 on 12 roof pitch, the crew installed a 9" double lay sag and bag roof insulation package and a 6" single lay wall insulation,
To ensure flexible use of the space to include the aesthetic feel the owner was looking for, Steelsmith designed the building expandable end wall frame on the south wall, with the east side of the building remaining open for 4 ft for masonry.
An 18" color band from the eave down on the high side and a 3 ft color change under the windows gives this church steel building a lasting curb appeal.
